What size mattresses do your sheets fit?

Our sheet sets are designed to fit most standard mattresses, including deeper profiles up to approximately 16 inches. If you have a thicker mattress or topper and aren’t sure about fit, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help you choose the right size.

What are your sheets made from?

Our best-selling sheets are made from 100% bamboo-derived fabric, designed to feel silky-soft, breathable, and comfortable year-round. We also offer a range of bedding essentials—including comforters, pillows, and more—to help you create your ideal sleep setup.

Where are your products made?

Our products are responsibly manufactured by trusted partners in countries such as China and India, with a focus on quality, consistency, and comfort.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically arrives within 4–6 business days.

Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) may be available at checkout for select locations.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts are applied).

What is your return policy?

We offer a 90-day return window from the date of purchase.

To initiate a return:

  • Repackage your items securely
  • Include your Order ID and full name

Return shipping costs are not covered, but there are no restocking fees—you’ll receive a full refund for returned items.

Can I customize my sheet set?

At this time, our sheet sets are prepackaged and cannot be customized.

Each set includes 1 fitted sheet and 1 flat sheet (except for Split King, which includes 2 fitted sheets). Each set also includes matching pillowcases based on size:

  • Twin / Twin XL: 1 standard pillowcase
  • Full / Queen: 2 standard pillowcases
  • King / California King: 2 king pillowcases
  • Split King: 2 king pillowcases

Where do I enter my discount code?

You can enter your discount code during checkout before completing your payment.

On desktop, the code field appears in your order summary.

On mobile, it appears during the checkout steps before payment.

How do I complete my order?

To place an order:

  1. Add items to your cart
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Enter your shipping details
  4. Select your shipping method
  5. Enter payment information
  6. Confirm your order

Once complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation with your Order ID.

How do I edit my order before checkout?

You can update your cart at any time before placing your order:

  • Adjust quantities using the + / – buttons
  • Remove items using the “X” option
