How deep are the pockets?
Our 1500 Series Bed Sheets, 1800 Series Bed Sheets, Luxury Bed Sheets and Classic Cotton Bed Sheets sets all measure 16 inches in depth.
Materials and Blend?
We have a few different materials and blends. Here is a breakdown of our most popular lines.
Luxury Bed Sheets: This line is made of a Bamboo Viscose and Microfiber blend. This is our heaviest and most luxurious bed sheet set and a customer-rated favorite.
1800 Elegant Pattern Series Bed Sheets: These sheets are made of 100% Double Brushed Microfiber and vary from the 1500 Series Bed Sheets in that, this set has patterns embroidered into the sheet to add further decor.
1500 Series Bed Sheets: These sheets are made of 100% Double Brushed Microfiber, a staple for any home. Cost-effective and ultra-soft, these are our #1 bestseller by far with over 400,000+ happy customers, they come in a very wide variety of colors that are sure to match anyone's taste and preference.
Classic Cotton Sheets: These sheets are made of 100% Cotton and have a luminous sateen weave. These sheets have a 300 thread count and fit a mattress up to 16 inches in depth.
Where are they made?
Our 1500 Series Bed Sheets and 1800 Series Bed Sheets as well as our Luxury Bed Sheets are made and manufactured in China and/or India.
Our Classic Cotton Bed Sheets are made in Bangladesh.
Shipping cost & Shipping time frame?
Our shipping fees are flat-rate meaning they will be the same price no matter where it is shipped to and the pricing is as follows:
Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days): $6.95
Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business days): $9.95
Priority Shipping (1-2 Business Days): $14.95
We do also offer free Standard shipping on all orders totaling over $50 after any discounts are applied.
Expedited and Priority are still available for these orders at a reduced rate and those are as follows:
Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days): $0.00
Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business days): $5.95
Priority Shipping (1-2 Business Days): $9.95
Please note that Expedited and Priority shipping is only available to the continental United States and cannot be applied to orders shipping outside of that.
What is the Return Policy?
We are sorry to hear that you wish to return your new items to us. We are here to help you and would be happy to help you process a return. Please follow the below instructions to best process your return.
Please be sure to repackage your items for return in any parcel container/box that will accommodate them.
Include your Order ID# and the full name as it would display on your order. This will ensure that your returned items are processed correctly. You are also at liberty to choose the courier that works best for you, as there are no return labels to print. Cosy House Collection does not cover the Return Shipping Fees, however, there are also no additional fees involved in processing your Return, therefore you receive the full refund for the items returned.

Cosy House Collection accepts returns within a 30-day time period of purchase.
All Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the package.

Can the sheets be customized (ex. change size of PC)?
Unfortunately, our sheet sets are prepackaged and we are unable to customize pillowcase/sheet sizes within sets.
Each and every set comes with pillowcases to match.
King, California King and Split King sets come with 2 matching KING size pillowcases.
Full and Queen sets come with 2 matching STANDARD size pillowcases.
And a Twin or Twin XL set come with 1 STANDARD size pillowcase to match.
The 1800 Series Bed Sheets is the exception to the rule here, which contains 4 matching pillowcases for all sizes with the exception of Twin size, which has two STANDARD size pillowcases included.
Where do I input my discount code?
Any discount code you have can be input during the checkout process.
On your desktop:
On the right hand side of your screen you’ll see your order summary, as well as the box where you can add your discount code.
On your mobile device:
Complete the steps and enter in all of the necessary information. Once you reach the Payment step, you’ll see the option to enter in your discount code, with payment information to follow.
How to complete/submit an order?
Our checkout system is a 3-part process that starts on the Cart screen.
You can always return to the cart page using this link: https://www.cosyhousecollection.com/cart
Once you have everything you want in the cart, hit the "Checkout" option and you will be brought to a page that asks for your Email/Phone number and your Shipping address.
After you have filled in your details, please select “Continue to Shipping” and select your preferred shipping method.
Finally, after the shipping method has been chosen, you can input your desired payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, GooglePay, Quadpay etc), billing address (if different from shipping address), you can also have the system “Save my information for a faster checkout” in the future. Then you can select “Pay Now” to complete the order process.
From here you will be redirected to the Order Confirmation with your new Order ID#, as shown below.
On a mobile device, the functionality is almost the same as the desktop, but made even easier.
Starting off with your customer details, be sure that you fill them out thoroughly as they will be used to get your order to you.
Step Two will have you confirm your shipping and elect an interval for the speed of delivery, before you “Continue to Payment.”
Step Three will have you select and fill in your Payment details, Billing address (if different from your shipping address), and also allows you to “Save my information for a faster checkout” in the future, before you can select “Pay Now.”
You are then redirected to the Order Confirmation page containing your Order ID#.
How do I edit my order? (At the checkout page)
Once you have added items to your cart, you can then enter the cart to edit and make any necessary changes before placing your order.
On the Desktop site, you can see that there are two items in the shopping cart. To remove the item completely, you would want to click on the “X” above the pricing. Whereas, if you want to adjust the quantity, you could either increase or decrease the amount using the “+ or -” next to the Qty field. If you are directed elsewhere and want to return to the cart, you can always clock the “Cart” icon shown in the red oval.
On The mobile version, you can also see that there are two items in the cart. You can remove these items by clicking on the “X” above the pricing, or if you want to change the quantity, you can do that by adjusting with the “+ or -” in the Qty field.
