Here’s everything you need to know about your new pillow to keep it in tip top shape for years to come!
How do I care for my pillows?
Caring for your bamboo viscose pillow is super easy. The outside bamboo viscose casing is the ONLY part of the pillow that can be placed in the washing machine. Unzip and remove the casing from the rest of the pillow. Machine wash in cool water on a normal cycle. Then tumble dry on low heat. Avoid bleach as it can weaken and yellow the fibers. There’s no need to iron.
If you need to clean any part of your actual pillow, spot clean only using mild detergent and air dry.
When do I change my pillows?
With the average pillow, you should be replacing it every one to two years. However, bamboo viscose pillows are a special case. Because the pillow naturally stays fresh and clean for longer, it doesn’t have to be changed as frequently. You shouldn’t need to replace your Cosy House pillow for two to three years.
Why are there multiple layers?
Our bamboo viscose memory foam pillows are designed to provide users with maximum comfort. That’s why we developed a three layer pillow to give you the best sleep possible.
The innermost layer of our bamboo viscose pillow is filled with premium cross-cut memory foam that provides support without losing its shape.

The outermost layer is our bamboo viscose casing. This hypoallergenic casing keeps your pillow fresh and clean, while keeping you cool.
Are they adjustable?
Our luxurious pillows are designed with everyone’s needs in mind. They come naturally firm, but can be adjusted. Want a softer pillow? Unzip the double casing and remove some of the memory foam. Store in an airtight container and store in a warm, dry place.
Why are the pillows heavy?
The pillows are packed full of foam during production. This makes them heavier than an average pillow. We want to give users as much foam as possible to work with in order to adjust the pillow to their needs. To reduce the weight of the pillow, follow the adjusting instruction above.
How do I re-fluff my pillow?
To give your pillows a good fluffing, place it in the dryer and tumble dry on low for 10 minutes. Say hello to your fresh pillow!
