What is the filling of the pillows made of?
We have two different pillows, each with a different filling.
The 1500 Series Down Alternative Pillow is filled with non-toxic, 100% recycled, and chemical-free polyester ribbons.
The Luxury Bamboo Pillow is crafted with CertiPUR-US high density cross-cut memory foam, while the inner lining is composed of adaptive transition foam. The outermost layer is a hypoallergenic bamboo viscose casing. -

Yes. Our Pillows are designed to help keep you cool while you sleep. They are also moisture wicking, to help evaporate sweat and keep you dry all night long.

What are the care instructions for the pillows? Are they machine washable?
The pillow itself is not machine washable, however, cleaning your pillows is quick and easy. Unzip the outer bamboo viscose casing and machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach as it may weaken the bamboo viscose fibers. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron or dry clean.

Are the pillows adjustable, if so, how?
Yes. The Luxury Bamboo Pillow is adjustable. Once you unzip the outer lining, you can also unzip the pillow to gain access to the fill. From there, you can remove as much fill as you like to make the pillow suitable for your level of comfort.
